I am a physiotherapist specialising in a holistic approach to physiotherapy, with particular expertise in concussion care, holistic pain management, vestibular rehabilitation, and neurological health.

My primary focus is on assisting individuals who have sustained injuries to the nervous system or who are wanting to improve their neurological health.

In my practice, I emphasise the integration of functional strategies and the latest research with both passive and active treatments to help my patients reach their goals faster. I am committed to addressing the interconnectedness of bodily health and well-being, and the significant impact of the nervous system on physiological function.

My approach to physiotherapy is driven by a passion for enhancing holistic health and optimising patient outcomes through comprehensive care and evidence-based interventions.

Holistic Approach to Recovery

Regardless of whether an injury occurred recently or years ago, the body possesses a remarkable capacity for recovery. In my physiotherapy practice, I strive to empower my patients with an understanding of how the physical aspects of movement and exercise, as well as the intricate workings of the nervous system, influence our overall health.

By addressing all facets of health including: movement patterns, sleep quality, nutrition, breathing techniques, and mindset, I guide my patients toward achieving their recovery goals. I take a science-based approach to rehabilitation that encompasses the body and brain, helping my patients get better faster.

My most recent publication for functional concussion recovery, published October 2024, in Australian Physio InMotion
